In private lessons, you will receive undivided attention and customized strategies to enable you to live comfortably in your body. I work with people in a wide range of settings: those recovering from weight gain, illness, injury, or personal tragedy; those who want to improve their lifestyle and maintain their well-being; those who desire to deepen their enjoyment of intimate relationships; and those who seek a competitive edge in their careers.
Every human body is unique, including yours. This is your somatic intelligence. I will show you how to harness it.
As we dialogue about the sensations you are feeling, I will show you how to customize yoga poses to make them work for your body. In addition, you will have the safety and confidentiality to share what is going on inside you, so that we can the address root causes and bring about transformation from the inside out.
I firmly believe that mind and body are intimately interconnected. As we explore together what is causing you chronic pain or frustration, and work toward lasting growth, deeper issues will surface. This will lead us to unpack your emotions, relationships, and lifestyle. I am expert at creating an emotionally safe environment for you to do your best work. If you are unable or unwilling to “go there” for now, that’s okay. When you are motivated to grow, I’m only an email away.
